SPECIAL BULLETIN FROM THE CHAIRMAN

The board of directors at GeoSIG has made a decision to make changes at the top of our organisation. This change is to allow implementation of a strategy where the focus will be on commitment to long term investment and development of high quality new products and lesser involvement and focus on purely trading ventures. Effective from 22nd July 2010; GeoSIG’s board has appointed Johannes Grob and Serge Rudaz as joint managing directors who you have known for many years. This change will ensure that GeoSIG’s leadership is based on a solid foundation and proven track records of two of the most trusted and senior people in GeoSIG with significant experience and knowledge in all aspects of our business and market place.
I know you join me in welcoming Johannes Grob and Serge Rudaz as the joint managing directors of GeoSIG, and will give them your full support as they pursue our important objectives.
The board of GeoSIG has reluctantly agreed with Mr Christoph Kündig’s departure from GeoSIG to follow his own vision and allow him to pursue his goals and objectives in a separate venture without any direct collaboration with GeoSIG and its customers and representatives.
The management and the staff wish Mr. Christoph Kündig a successful and prosperous future and hope his business activities will allow him to achieve his objectives.
